On behalf of our staff, friends, colleagues and supporters, welcome to Bullana, The Poche Centre for Indigenous Health. We acknowledge the traditional owners of the land we occupy, the Gadigal peoples of the Eora nation, without whose generosity and sacrifice we would be not be able to live our lives, raise our families or conduct our business.

The University of Sydney prides itself on being Australia’s oldest university, and we propose to progress relationships, connectedness and relevance between Australia’s first university and Australia’s first nation peoples. Through a commitment to our core business of developing clinical service models, clinical education and targeted research, our goal is to contribute to the elimination of disparities in health and social justice outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
